  • Our robots provide precision much higher than needed for most biological and chemical applications and it is 20 μm. Liquid handling precision is 0.3% which fits within the requirements of ISO 86552 standard.

  • If this happens during standard usage of the robot according to the manual provided and you are a subscriber of Fresco AI Cloud solutions you will need just to send out your current robot back to us and we will send you a new robot.
